February 9, 1926

Tues., 9    16 below zero. Dumas washes out a few things, irons last week’s wash, sweeps my room, etc, and sneezes all day. I fill the house with formaldahyde & hope it is good for something. Letter from Susie Heald. Grace goes in the evening to a rehearsal for the Old Folks Concert. Make a small slip for the India contribution & finish 2 face cloths with a crotchet (sic) hook. Also do some washing.

Formadehyde as a disinfectant. Good grief.
