Sat., 17   Raw south wind. Wilma works for Grace until noon. Alvin comes at noon. Anna goes after him with Tuttle’s car. Letter from Helena, which I answer. William Fisher dies to-day of shock.

 

I don’t know who William Fisher is. Alvin is Anna’s husband, also known as “Met.”
