Fri., 2  After dinner, Tuttle goes to Dr. London in Burlington for a treatment. Ruth,  Henrietta & I go with him. Buy a few things & leave Ruth on the corner by the Park on her way to Alaska. She seems in good spirits & looks well. Henrietta comes home with us. This is her birthday. Make 2 strawberry shortcakes & Karl comes to supper. Hattie & Ashton stop to supper on their way to the Cottage. Quite a day.

The Accounts in the back of the diary list the following things on this day:
