He stops in Burlington for a treatment at Dr. London’s. Ben drives down as far as Burlington & comes back on the train in time for supper. He gives up his nice room & sleeps downstairs on the couch. Meet Mrs. Hill, Jeanette’s nearest neighbor. Begin work on a lunch cloth. Edgar & Lulu Durand call. No one but Dumas to entertain them. Sorry we were not at home.
