Tues., 20  A hot day. Dumas washes. Grace goes to Burlington in the morning. Tuttle & I after dinner. She comes home with us. I take a treatment of Dr. London. Met, Anna & the children come in at 10 o’clock, tired, after a long hard drive in the heat, of 235 miles. Mr. Barrows cuts the Green lot meadow.
