September 27, 1926

Mon., 27  A cool day. Jacob works for Grace & Onslow works 2 hours after school. Send Ben’s papers. Cover, label & put away my grape jelly. Collect the soap grease & boil it up, wash up many dishes after it. Empty many cans of pickles. Change shelf papers in the pantry. Sort papers, carry away & burn unwanted things. Letters from Mrs. Warner, Ruth, Miss Leavitt and Clarissa.
