Tues., 26  A beautiful day with the sun shining on the roadway as it always does when we    misquoted.  (sic) Dumas washes windows, sweepts the north chambers & some downstairs. Miss Leavins comes home with Grace from a meeting of the Girls Club. Letter from Ruth. Cook over mint jelly and it is all right.
