February 14, 1929

Thurs., 14   A gray day. Dumas irons, does the housework, beds & clearing out the dining room & parlor. I guess the name will always stick to this room. Extra copy of my poem & a line from Hindley. Valentines from Virginia, Margaret & Dorothy. Sew in the afternoon & mend a little. Get tired without reason, have a heart attack & go to bed. Tuttle takes Grace down to a party at Mrs. Geo. W. Stone. She gets home a (sic) midnight & goes out solid food again. (sic)

I’ve added a line to yesterday’s post.
