April 26, 1929

Fri., 26  Morning devotions. Rain but clears some after dinner. Grace & I go to Bristol. She gives a garden talk. I recite poems to the Outlook club. John Seldon comes after us & takes us home. We meet many nice ladies, have refreshments. Miss Parmalee is there & Mrs. Dyke, daughter of Jessie Fisher.
