June 24, 1929

Mon., 24  Wilma commences work for Grace & me. Morning devotions. Ben goes to Bristol after relics. Hot when the sun shines. After dinner we all start for Chimney Point. Get into a hole on the bridge over the road from Addison Corner to Chimney Point. After a hard half hour Ben & the road men get us out. When we find the next bridge under water, we turn back & go to Middlebury via Red Bridge & Quaker Village. Letter from Ruth.
