July 1, 1929

Mon., 1  Mrs. Muellier comes this morning to give me a treatment. It makes me an hour late for breakfast & all els (sic).  Make a cherry pie & a pudding. Get dinner & keep busy during the morning. Ruth & Grace ride out to see Ethel, who is poorly. Henrietta, Anna & the children come to supper. Karl & Alvin get theirs in Middlebury. Ruth picks 8 qts of cherries from a tree back of the garage. A note of thanks from Mary Pierce for flowers sent to her father’s funeral. Send 2 poems to Hindley.
