July 2, 1929

Tues., 2  Morning devotions.  Pick up the wash.  A good day but cool. Stone cherries, etc. Dumas washes & irons. Ruth puts up 6 pts. cherries. Makes a cake for Henrietta. It is her birthday & Tuttle takes Ruth, Grace & me out there & we all have supper together. A very nice supper with cake & ice cream for a finish. Alvin, Anna, Karl, Henrietta, Ruth, Grace, the children & I.  Alvin brings us home. Make a custard pie.
