August 21, 1929

Wed., 21  Our street light goes out. Another fine day. Morning devotions. Not feeling well. Sunshine. I make a custard pie. Ruth goes to Burlington, returns 2 P.M.  Jack & Lou drive in. They are camping at the Dalrymple Cottage. Ruth goes with them. Karl washes his car in the morning & Henrietta visits in the house. Afternoon they call for Helen who goes with them to Bridport. Grace goes down town in the evening. Lillie Graves dies of embolism in Mary Fletcher Hospital.
