Wed., 2 Morning devotions. Helen Simonds comes on the noon bus. We attend a Chapter meeting at Eva Meigs. It not only rains, it pours. Mrs. Herrick takes us over, Grace has charge of the program & I have the Revolutionary poetry. Helen gives a short travel talk & we have refreshements. Frank & Earl Warner come up in the evening. Work on small onions in between. Tuttle, who attends a Bank meeting in Middlebury, brings us home.
