November 5, 1929

Tues., 5  Morning devotions.  Dumas washes. I make a pie & get dinner. I go down with Tuttle to Miss Leary for a shampo. (sic) Get some stamped envelopes & Tuttle brings me home. Letter from Helen who is in DeGoesbriand Hospital in Burlington, will have her tonsils taken out & a tooth pulled. Letter from Dorothy Canfield. Grace attends the “As You Like It” at Lucy Graves.
