Wed., 6  Morning devotions. Grace comes home this morning. She stayed with Susanna Booth last night. Henrietta comes, stays to dinner & I ride down with her to the D.A.R. meeting at Mrs. Herrick’s. Have, as usual, a pleasant 2 hours. Come home with Tuttle, who attended his Bank meeting in Middlebury this P.M. Grace goes to Burlington to see Helen, who is in the DeGoesbriand hospital. Letter from Jeanette. Roll of papers from Mrs. Paine. Pay D.A.R. dues. In accounts:  DAR dues for two  6.00
