November 13, 1929

Wed., 13  Street light goes out. Mist & clouds. Morning devotions.  Grace busy with carpenter “Dubuke,” who is starting work on the greenhouse. Keep busy until after dinner work is finished. Then Mr. Tuttle takes me to see Mrs. Williams. Take up rags for a rug. Rains at night. A dark day.
