Sun., 29 Snowing. Grace attends church. Karl & Henrietta come to dinner. Five of the children at the table. (Ruth, Ben, Grace, Helen, Henrietta) I stay downstairs all day. Read “The Green Murder Case” by Van Dine. Ruth gets the dinner. Glad the workmen are out of the house. I do not like my room any more. Dread to go to bed. I’ll probably get over it in time.
