Sat., 16  Morning devotions. Rev. Gordon H. Baker, Washington Heights Baptist church, on the Radio. Dumas clearing out for Sunday. I do a little mending, sorting of papers, etc. Do not see the bird to-day. Too much outdoor work. Martha Thorne buried to-day & Grace makes the funeral pieces. I go to the greenhouse to see them. Letters from Anna & Helen. Send Ruth the box of nuts Tuttle brought to replace the bad ones she sent home.
