February 5, 1932

Fri., 5  Morning devotions.  The sun shines on a white world. I do the morning work & get dinner. Our bird comes a little while in the morning & a lone, hungry chickadee gets a bit of suet.  Write Stanton Muzzy and send him two poems. Write poor Belle Brown who lies in Memorial Hospital, Nashua, N.H. with a broken hip. Do a good bit of ironing. Grace E. Fisher & Mrs. Haven call. Grace goes to the library in the evening. A note to Charlie Ruscoe. Return $50.00 to the Burlington Savings Bank.
