Thurs., 31  No 1  Morning devotions.  Clouds & rain at night. Ben comes with Ann & Virginia. Stays until 4 o’clock. Letter from Helen, who is coming home. Letter from Hindley containing slips of the mockingbird & poem which is also in the paper this morning. Ruth has supper with the Hagars.
