Tues., 14  Rainy morning. Morning devotions.  Dumas washes, clothes dry. Grace & I attend a D.A.R. meeting with Miss Vidito at the State School. Tuttle furnishes transportation and we take in Mrs. Herrick.  Miss Hewitt of Castleton Normal talks, also Mrs. Vander Hought. Election of officers & Grace is Regent. Christen my summer silk gown & like it. Write Ben. Grace sends flowers to Gertrude.
