Mon., 27  Morning devotions.  Cloudy & some rain. A circular from Lenniger & a letter from “Uncle Bill.” Sort papers & letters. Read some but do not sew. Send MS “The Lure of Home” to Lenniger. Send for 1000 stickers to “Author’s Aid,” Chicago. Ask Rockwood for slips. Make 2 pies of the remains of dried apples & plums. The Hagar girls here to draw a letterhead for Grace. Such sweet faces!
