July 11, 1932

Mon., 11  Morning devotions.  Get a bath, which doesn’t happen every morning. Two books come for Ruth from the Markhams, father & son. Pick and “look over” a few currants, get dinner, etc.  After dinner, Wilma & Shirley go out to Karl’s to stay with the children while Henrietta & Anna go to Burlington. Books come for Ruth from Virgil Marham.  Letter from Helen. I send her some of the verse for her poetry teacher. (I guess that is it.)
