Sat., 23  Morning devotions.  Make 2 blueberry pies. Mildred Tabor calls with her children & her cousin, Ellen Johnson, Hiram Johnson’s daughter. Ride out to N.H. street & get 4 heaped baskets of strawberries. I hull some for the shortcake to-morrow. Sunshine after dinner. Alvin & Anna call on their way to Rutland.
