May 28, 1933

Sun., 28   A beautiful day of sunshine. Cool north wind. Grace attends S.S. Get very tired. I begin to realize I am a back number, losing my grip on life. I shall have to get another grip or I shall not be able to stay. Customers in the afternoon. Grace goes to a picnic in Booth’s lot at 7 o’clock. I write Hattie, Ruth, Ben & Anna. Wrap a small box for Ruth.
