Sun., 27   This page for Saturday.  Morning devotions. Make an apple pie & fill a lemon pie. Henrietta & Karl here to dinner. They wash & Simonize their car until it shines better than new. Grace is re-forming the porch with Aunt Helen’s help, making new cushions, etc. Letter from Ben. Send Gertrude copy of the New Sketch Book. Write Anna & Caroline. Send her a book.
